This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in nature. The target population is the teachers of the first year of high school in Tehran. The number of samples was calculated using Krejcie and Morgan table and 220 people were selected through relative sampling method. The data were collected through standard questionnaires of Nahapit and Goshal (1998), Life Skills Questionnaire by Saatchi et al. (2010) and Cultural Intelligence Questionnaire by Ang et al. (2007). Reliability was obtained by using Cronbach's alpha in the mentioned questionnaires as 0.80, 0.86, and 0.87, respectively. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between cultural intelligence, social capital and life skills of female teachers and the components of cultural intelligence have the ability to predict social capital and life skills of female teachers. The cognitive and behavioral components of cultural intelligence are able to predict social capital and life skills in female teachers. Thus, cultural intelligence is the most important tool for teachers to stimulate expectations, norms and behaviors in order to face multicultural situations by using life skills that meet the educational needs of citizens and students' perceptual development.
