The statistical population of the present study included all female students in Gorgan, from which 350 people were selected by cluster sampling and the questionnaires completed the research.
The findings of the article indicate that the selfdevelopmental dimensions of the parents of students in Gorgan with a very small difference are moderate, which can be divided into strong and weak levels.
Educational institutions in order to standardize information and enjoy professional and organizational selfdevelopment need a proper understanding of parents' selfdevelopment to be able to use them in the educational process, especially in the era when virtual education became dominant over other educational methods.
