Comparison of personality dimensions and conflict resolution and marital satisfaction of married women in traditional marriage and white marriage

this study is a causal-comparative and post-event. The population of the study consisted of all married women in traditional marriage and white marriage in Tehran and Alborz. The sample consisted of 15 couples with white marriages and 15 couples with traditional marriages who were selected as snowball samplers. In this research, Strauss marital conflict questionnaire, Enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire and personality trait questionnaire were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using independent t-test.
The results showed that there is a significant difference in the characteristics of personality dimensions only in the flexibility component (P <0.01).also There is a significant difference between conflict resolution styles (P <0.01), and there is a significant difference between marital satisfaction in both groups (P <0.01).
Using the results of the findings, it can be said that flexibility, conflict resolution styles and marital satisfaction are among the distinctive variables of marriage type.
