A Study of Hadith Jurisprudence Narrated by Ibn Abi Yafoor from Imam Sadegh (A.S) on the Subject of the Status and Extent of the Arabs' Support for the Mahdavi Uprising
This article examines the position and extent of the Arabs' support for the Mahdavi uprising by focusing on the narration of Ibn Abi Yifur from Imam Sadegh (A.S). The narrations that have been included in this regard in hadith books have caused two different approaches to this issue due to the apparent differences in their content. Because some narrations indicate that they do not accompany their Imam. Some people refer to this news and introduce Imam Mahdi as an anti-Arab person. While a group of news promises their (arabs’) cooperation and help with the uprising of the Imam. With the formation of a hadith family in Shiite sources and based on external evidences such as the narrations of the similarity of Imam Mahdi's biography with the Prophet's biography and the principle of non-racism in Islam, it becomes clear that naturally believers from any group and tribe, Arabs and Non-Arabs have no prohibition on helping the Imam rise. Accordingly, if in some narrations there is a talk of the Arabs not accompanying the Imam and the Imam confronting them, assuming that the document is correct, they refer to certain groups of Arabs who insist on their misguidance.
