Investigation of Damages Caused by Physical Injury in Iranian Civil Law
The legal rules governing damages resulting from personal injuries constitute the main part of civil liability law. Our aim of this project is to investigate the damages caused by bodily injury in Iranian civil law.
The research method is descriptive analysis. The method is to collect library information. The tool for gathering information is taking notes.
In any case, the issue of legitimacy or illegitimacy, the need to compensate for damages caused by bodily injuries during the past years has always been discussed in legal and judicial circles and is still at the top of issues and problems in the implementation of legal provisions.
Ethical considerations:
In all stages of writing the present study, while respecting the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed.
In this article, by recognizing the jurisprudential logic and the evolution of compensation for life damages from blood money to compensation of life damages, we have tried to separate spiritual and material damages in the new world law and a new re-reading of jurisprudential and legal issues. Provide an appropriate solution with jurisprudential logic and the principles of justice to resolve this unresolved knot of Iranian law.
