The Effect of Children's Right to Health Component on Data Citation Capability and Electronic Records
After entering the new information technology, information about peoplechr('39')s lives, little by little, this gift has been made in many aspects of life, including the rights of the child. For this reason, in the present age, there is a need for research topics, as a result of which, if it has rights, if children in cyberspace are subject to cyberspace conditions, it will be referred to as cyberspace and will be revived. In cyberspace, the child encounters a lot of electronic data and records that may threaten his physical, mental and emotional health and consequently his personal and dignity future. The purpose of this study is to investigate the conditions that affect the reliability of data and electronic records in terms of protecting the childchr('39')s right to health.
This research is a prospective descriptive analytical study. The study population is children and adolescents with a view to their right to health in cyberspace now and in the future, who either interact with cyberspace in some way or their information is recorded by others in this space.
Unlimited registration and storage of information about children by educational, sports, cultural institutions and some related sites may damage their identity because by publishing content in cyberspace, it becomes a kind of document and reason for an event in an infinite space. It is almost impossible to remove, which can be a violation of the childchr('39')s health.
Ethical considerations:
Honesty and fidelity were observed in the analysis of texts and citations.
This study showed that if electronic data and records in cyberspace do not comply with the component of childrenchr('39')s right to health in matters such as presentation, access and collection of data, publicity and good faith, the reliability and validity of electronic data and records are considered impossible. The implementation of the provisions and other works are not considered as valid and can be cited documents in judicial and legal authorities.
