Identify the factors affecting the selection of social Medias and provide the necessary strategy to improve the status of native social Medias

Abstract:
In this study, twenty indicators, technical and infrastructural features of social Medias were extracted through interaction with cyberspace experts and computer experts and specialists using Delphi method. Then seventeen popular social Medias were examined and the details of the social Medias in the documented indicators were examined. Also, a new hybrid ranking method called voting TOPSIS was designed by combining the two methods of TOPSIS and preferential voting model, and finally, the method designed for ranking the seventeen social Medias was used. Findings obtained in this study show that Facebook, Telegram, Gap, Soroush and iGap social Medias have been ranked first to fifth in terms of providing technical and infrastructure facilities, respectively. In this study, focusing on native social medias, strategies to improve the position of these social medias are presented, which can lead to the development of an appropriate roadmap to achieve an acceptable share among applicants in Iran
