The Role of Family on developing Managers from the Viewpoint of Islam

The first sparks of developing managers were associated with the formation of organizations. Examining the roles and functions of the family and the three areas of human beings (insight, attitude and action), this paper reveals that, the family is one of the most important parts of education. The family, as the main element in developing the managers, has an important role in educating the managers of the Islamic system. However, the role of the family in educating managers has been neglected so far. The family can play an important role in educating managers through role playing ,emotional interference education and the environment. Using Ijtihad and library research method, this paper studies the role of family in developing managers from the viewpoint of Islam. The research findings show that, the family has a founding role in developing managers.
