Designing a good teacher model based on the Fundamental Reform Document of Education (FRDE)
The main purpose of this study was to provide a good teacher model based on the Fundamental Reform Document of Education. For this purpose, in a qualitative analysis with a phenomenological approach, the text of the document was studied. The research findings were presented in two parts. The first part includes descriptive data and the second part presents qualitative findings and data. First, descriptive data including the indicators of a good teacher in the Fundamental reform document, the main components of explaining the competencies and authority of good teachers were identified. The results of the analysis showed that five components: knowledge, ability, insight, selection and tranquility can be the basis for designing a good teacher model. In order to present the research findings, an in-depth semi-structured interview with the presence of 12 document experts was used. And open coding, axial coding and selective coding tables were identified. Based on this, a good teacher design model was developed according to the fundamental reform document. To ensure the validity of the research, the final report of the analysis was transformed to three document experts so that after review, their suggestions could be applied in the open coding stage. In the next step, the same group examined the axial coding and their ideas were used in developing the model.
