Presentation of Optimal Model for the Training of Competency- Based the Employees of Ports & Maritime Organization - Shahid Rajaee Port
The purpose of this study was to present an appropriate model of competency-based Training in Shahid Rajaee Port. This research was applied in terms of purpose; in terms of data, exploratory mix and in terms of implementation of Grounded theory and cross-sectional data. In the qualitative phase, the qualitative statistical population consisted of key experts, experts and key informants in the subject area of the research that was sampled based on an informed and purposeful approach. The statistical population consisted of 845 employees of Shahid Rajaee port which was determined based on Cochran formula. Data collection was done in qualitative phase by library method (surveying) and field method (interview tool, Delphi form) and in quantitative stage by field method (questionnaire tool). Theoretical saturation techniques, specific coding procedures, and symbols and symbols analysis were used to determine the validity of the qualitative stage tool. Content validity was used to measure reliability and Cronbach's alpha coefficients of Skewness and elongation were used to measure reliability. The data analysis method in the qualitative part of this study was the use of theoretical coding method (derived from systematic data base theory). Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze the quantitative data. Finally, the competency-based training model of Shahid Rajaee port staff was drawn with 8 dimensions, 27 components and 83 indicators in the paradigm model.
