Organizational learning and gaining a competitive advantage in the marine industry according toTo the mediating role of intellectual capital
The aimed of this study is investigate the relationship between organizational learning and competitive advantage with mediating role of intellectual capital. This issue is important in the sense that the present era is called the era of knowledge-based economy and in it the role and importance of knowledge and capital in economics and trade has changed a lot. Learning organization, on the other hand, is one of the newest ideas for managing organizations in a very complex and changing environment in today's world, which has been considered by researchers and managers of many companies and organizations since the beginning of 1990, and today the most successful organizations are called learning organizations. Transformation in today's organizations is so rapid, multifaceted, complex and pervasive that organizations are unable to survive, grow, prosper and develop without anticipation, synchronization and adaptation.
This research is based on the purpose of the applied type and in terms of the method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research is the managers (senior, middle) of companies active in the field of marine industry in Hormozgan. According to the study, the number of these managers was about 120 people and the sample size was determined based on Cochran's relationship of 83 people and were selected using a purposeful method. The research data were collected by a questionnaire and their reliability and validity were confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability, convergent and formal validity by professors and experts familiar with the subject. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software.
Analysis of statistical data indicates that innovative behavior has mediated in the relationship between learning discovery and human capital and confirmation of the mediating role of other dimensions in research variables has also been proven.
The results show that organizational learning is effective on competitive advantage in the statistical community and in this regard, intellectual capital plays a mediating role.
