Investigate role of mediating quality of service to the relation between aesthetic and customer satisfaction in sport facilities in Mazandaran province
one way to attract customers in sports, use of aesthetic elements in addition to providing quality service to our customers. The main purpose of this study was to investigate role of mediating quality of service to the relation between aesthetic and customer satisfaction in sport facilities in Mazandaran province. The research method was descriptive correlational research. The populations of the study, active athletes that in 292gyms in the Mazandaran province operate based on Morgan table 201were cluster-randomly selected. To collect data, to collect information, a questionnaire aesthetic Koshesh (2291), questionnaire Quality of Service Liu (2220) and questionnaire customer satisfaction Qasemzadeh et al (2294) was used. Data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling Data were analyzed with SPSS 22software and software-moment analysis of structures (AMOS). Findings show that the construction of sport facilities attractive by improving the appearance of there. Between the exterior and interior sport facilities and customer satisfaction are related. Based on the results, a significant indirect effect on customer satisfaction through service quality aesthetic sport facilities.
