Investigating Business and Entrepreneurial Skills of Trainees in Eyvan Woman Technical and Vocational Training Center

The Purpose of this study was to Investigate the Business and Entrepreneurial Skills of Trainees in Eyvan Woman Technical and Vocational Training Center. The methodology of the research was descriptive –  survy. The statistical population of the study was 30 Trainees in Eyvan Woman Technical and Vocational Training Center that were studied by Census Method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that it’s validity was confirmed by three faculty members from the Department of Entrepreneurship and Rural Development at Ilam University. The reliability of the questionnaire was the range of 0.72 to 94.0 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which it was acceptable. Data analysis were performed using the SPSS21 software. The findings showed that amount of   trainees familiarity to the entrepreneurial concepts and skills, preparation to enter the business, financing methods and communication skills were higher than medium level. Also based of research results, amount of trainee’s familiarity to the start up business, marketing skills, financing and accounting skills, management skills and human resource skills were lower than medium level.
