Survey necessary advice and guidance training in acquiring favorable job opportunities and vocational training centers by students in Khuzestan province

The main objective of this research was to evaluate the necessity of consulting and educational guidance in achieving optimal job opportunities for vocational training centers by students in Khuzestan province And Providing appropriate counseling and academic guidance pattern based on the expert opinion of its experts.To this end, questionnaires were prepared, determined face and content validity and reliability of data from samples of 240 people (including 200 students and 40 educator training centers, vocational province) using a sampling method were selected randomly, were collected. This data, according to the research questions and by using descriptive statistics (mean, percentage and frequency) and inferential statistics (single-sample T-test) were analyzed. The result showed that students' awareness of career opportunities in the labor market is low. And on this basis, the need for advice and guidance teachers training centers in order to achieve a suitable job opportunity was emphasized. Proper educational model based on labor market needs, duration and shape of the system, curricula, methods of consultation with faculty members validated. Finally, based on the research findings, curriculum "Introduction to Careers advice and guidance education approaches desirable" for trainees, vocational training centers was proposed.
