Analysis and evaluation of recreational spaces in Isfahan from the perspective of children (study sample of recreational spaces along the Zayandeh River in Nazhvan Park)

Today, with the growth of urbanization, the quality of children's presence in recreational spaces and social interactions has been affected and has led to the confinement of urban children in the home environment. Also, playgrounds today are an integral part of the biological complexes and memories of every child, especially in metropolitan areas, where experts emphasize the effective role of playgrounds in educating and improving children's social relationships. In the meantime, children spend their free time in these places, discover their potential abilities, gain a new understanding of the concepts, find the ability to solve the problems in front of them, and become familiar with future plans and social reactions and reactions. Future children They build a community, and the way childhood is spent has a direct impact on the formation of their personality structure. The present study is a descriptive-analytical study in the form of a documentary and field study with a combined solution in order to measure and evaluate the condition of recreational spaces in Isfahan from the perspective of children. Children's drawings, children's questionnaires and parents' questionnaires were registered in Nazhvan Park. Then, the SWOT method is used to present the strategies and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) is used to determine their priority. The results showed that by most criteria, the parents of the children expressed less satisfaction. Finally, according to the indicators of a child-friendly city and the analysis of the recreational space of the study area, suggestions and solutions in this field have been presented.
