Abstract:

Social policy and the implementation of welfare programs in our country are just a few decades old After the Islamic Revolution and during the imposed war Pay attention to the reduction of war damage to the families of the warriors Damaged by the war, it was considered by lawmakers and policymakers And numerous laws and regulations were adopted In this research, we seek to exemplify the main themes And to reveal the pattern of social policy aimed at the self-sacrificers in Iran. The results of the analysis of upstream documents, in particular the Comprehensive Law on the Services of Sacrifice The method of qualitative content and content analysis shows that Social support for victims' families in the form of pensions and financial support Positive Discrimination for Victims of Victims Is the Main Concept of Social Policy for Victims in Iran Positive Discrimination Approach in Determining Target Group and Their Needs Level And empowerment programs have drawbacks that diminish the effectiveness of social policy
