World view and Problematic hero in the novel Al-Qaws and Al-Farasha in te
The novel Al-Qaws and Al-Farasha (The Arch and the butterfly) written by Mohammed Achaari a Moroccan politician, novelist and journalist was the winner of the international prize of the Arabic fiction in 2011 commonly with Raja’a Alem Saudi novelist. The author has portrayed the social problems of the Moroccan community including terrorism, Islamic fundamentalism, land grabbing and antique smuggling. Studying the novel based on Genetic structuralism reveals that the worldview in the novel belongs to the class of intellectual leftist wings with the author was one of them for years. And it appears protest and in struggle against terrorism, Islamic fundamentalism the gangs of real estate, land grabbing and financial collusions. Yousef the main character in the novel is a leftist fighter and journalist and he is a sample of problematic hero according to Goldmann’s theory. Who is disappointed, angry and protestant because of death of his son as a member of Al-Qedah, dwindle of the left values and social and economic problems in Moroccan community.
