Relationship between Organizational Sustainability and Social skills Promotion with the Mediating Role of Perceptual Neuroscience and Salary Satisfaction
In the present age, due to the significant presence of communication technologies, sensitivities in the social interactions of the police with the people have been significantly increased. The missions and duties of this police are a basic necessity. The main purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between organizational sustainability and the promotion of social skills with the mediating role of perceptual neuroscience and satisfaction with the salaries and wages of traffic police in Dashtestan.
The present study is descriptive-survey in terms of applied purpose and quantitative methods of data collection. The statistical population included all traffic police officers of Dashtestan city. A sample of 175 people was selected by stratified sampling method and answered a researcher-made questionnaire.
With the increase or decrease of one unit of organizational stability, the improvement of social skills increases or decreases by 51% and with the increase or decrease of one unit of perceptual neurology, social skills increase or decrease by 64%. Also, by increasing or decreasing one unit of salary satisfaction, the improvement of social skills will increase or decrease by 21%. The overall impact factor between organizational sustainability and improving the social skills of Iran traffic police staff with a mediating role in perceptual neuroscience is 74% and with a mediating role of salary satisfaction is 58%.
The results of this study show that Iran traffic police can increase the social skills of employees in relation to the general public by increasing organizational stability in success and performance. Also, the traffic police should increase organizational skills within the framework of organizational sustainability by creating a correct understanding of neuroscience and employee satisfaction. Traffic Police Managers should plan in such a way that tasks, duties and responsibilities are assigned to a person based on perceptual neuroscience so that with proper use of neuroscience and social skills, more efficient performance of employees can be seen. Depending on the type of job of the traffic police staff, it is necessary to satisfy the salary adequately in order to improve the social skills of the staff.
