Analysis and explanation of factors affecting the planning and policy of sustainable urban tourism; Case study: Koohdasht city Abstract The present study aims to; Analysis and explanation of the factors affecting the planning and policy making of sustainable urban tourism in the city of Kuhdasht has been compiled, the type of research is applied, the method used is descriptive-analytical. The data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population studied; 50 people, in order to analyze the data, the structural equation model method has been used. The research results showed; There is a significant relationship between social, institutional, environmental-physical components, new and economic technology and the development of sustainable urban tourism.
