Abstract:
The aim of the present study is to identify and evaluate the factors influencing the improvement of the quality of products of ceramic tile factories in Yazd province. The purpose of this study is applied and its statistical population includes all experts familiar with quality issues and working in Yazd province ceramic tile industry. The sampling method is census and 32 experts identified in this field completed the 39-item questionnaire. The collected data are analyzed using the fuzzy VIKOR method. The results of this study show that quality of design, quality control during the process and access to high quality and economical raw materials Ranked 1st to 3rd. That is the optimal planning in these sections will affect the quality of products and consequently the profitability of ceramic and tile factories.
