Impact of Organizational Justice and Organizational Trust on Innovation of Educational Managers
In keeping with theories of organizational behavior, the sense of justice in an organization creates trust among members of the organization and at a higher level, trust between managers and employees. On the other hand, this created atmosphere of justice and trust among employees creates a commitment to work and provides creative solutions in the organization and encourages innovation. The aim of this study was to examine the internal variable (justice and trust) influence within the organizations on innovation Director of Education Yazd. Statistical population included all secondary school principal's province which is the management has been in the academic year 98-99. Considering the limited number of high school principals, researchers refrain from sampling and questionnaire distributed among all members of society. This study used a descriptive approach based on correlation and structural equation modeling (SEM). The main tool to gather data is by 174 questionnaires, based on five point scales (from very high to very little). Construct, content, and face validity of the questionnaire were investigated. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient is collected data were analyzed using statistical software SPSS and Lisrel. The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship among Organizational justice on trust. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship among Organizational justice on innovation. On the other hand, had a direct and significant impact Organizational trust on innovation.
