Analyzing Teachers' Concerns About Virtual Secondary Education (A Phenomenological Study)
The aim of this study was to understand the lived experiences of teachers of virtual education in primary school. This qualitative research was performed using phenomenological method. The method of data collection was the use of semi-structured interviews. For this purpose, data were collected by interviewing 20 teachers who had experience of involvement in e-learning and analyzed by Strabert and Carpenter (2003) method. The analysis of the interviews showed 3 main and 12 sub-themes including lack of familiarity of children with e-learning, ridicule of e-learning, lack of involvement of children in e-learning, lack of appropriate methods for e-learning, lack of appropriate resources.
