Evaluate the effectiveness of training cycles with a focus on political and guidance enlightenment (Case Study: Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province Police Command Staff)

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of training courses with a focus on political guidance and enlightenment the staff of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province police chief has been developed. In this descriptive survey method was adopted to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (statistical tables and charts) and inferential, single-sample t-test was used. Measuring instruments made in this paper questionnaire with acceptable reliability and validity among 306 people present in the audience who were randomly selected and the courses were listed, were distributed. The results of the research refers to the following: training has been instrumental in promoting political insight, awareness and development of political insight, promote and enhance the revolutionary spirit; reducing violations and political distortion and increase Velaytmadary staff Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province police chief.
