Factor Identification and Analysis of Human Resource Productivity Indicators in Service Organizations with Emphasis on Management and Leadership Factor (Case Study: Ardebil Education Department Staff)
The purpose of this study was to identify and factor analysis of HRM indicators in service organizations with emphasis on management and leadership factors that have been used by sequential (qualitative and quantitative) exploration method. First, in qualitative phase, to identify and critique the indicator. From documentary and library methods and interviews with experts, 54 indicators were identified and categorized into 4 dimensions; leadership quality, reward - encouragement, and targeting - planning and the organizational environment with a general management and leadership factor. In order to validate the results of the qualitative phase, the index was calculated using a researcher-made questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha of 0.988 among 250 managers and experts of Ardebil Province Education Department with 0.896 kmo and with soft Spss software was analyzed. According to the results of the variables of this study (with confidence level of 0.05) significant and the fit indices in all dimensions greater than 0.9 were confirmed and suggested as a model. The results of the present study can be used to measure and evaluate the human resource efficiency of service organizations to improve the efficiency and growth of organizations.
