Digital Knowledge Logistics for Post COVID-19 Era
During the Fourth Industrial Revolution, knowledge, along with data, as an intangible asset, found an important place in modern organizations. The best and most effective application of organizational knowledge in an organized, managed and integrated way in the organizational culture, creates significant economic, social and cultural progress in the organization. The flow of knowledge is invisible, but the effectiveness of the knowledge management process strongly depends on its continuous flow, and this is defined as a process of knowledge transfer between individuals or as a mechanism of knowledge processing. Failure to use knowledge flow platforms creates barriers that cause temporary constraints, lack of motivation and awareness among employees, and insufficient coordination between departments, and imposes heavy costs on the organization. Knowledge flow management seeks more to establish knowledge communication between people working in an organization; Teach methods of using organizational knowledge; Provide the basis for the transformation of personal knowledge into collective knowledge and vice versa, and ultimately strengthen innovation and creativity. In this regard, this paper seeks to promote the advance transfer of knowledge in modern organizations by providing a conceptual model for a new approach to knowledge flow management called knowledge logistics.
