Evaluation of the effectiveness of resilience training on the psychological capital of addicted women leaving
The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of resilience training on psychological capital in addicted women leaving. The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test design, post-test with control group and 2 months follow-up. The sample was selected from addicted women who were using the services of Isfahan Tohid Addiction Treatment Center in the summer of 1398. Among 38 addicted women, 30 were selected as a sample and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The data collection tool was Lutans (2007) Psychological Capital Scale. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance. The results showed that resilience intervention improved self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience of psychological capital components in addicted women leaving the experimental group compared with the Goa group. The findings were consistent after two months. Based on the results of the study, the effectiveness of resilience training on improving psychological capital in addicted women was confirmed; Therefore, it can be concluded that resilience training is an effective method that can improve self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience in these women.
