Explaining the mediating role of strategic human resources management in the relationship between Self-leadership and human capital in department of sport sciences of state universities
This study was aimed at investigating the relationship between Self-leadership and human capital with the mediating role of strategic human resources management in department of sport sciences of state universities of kerman province. This research is a descriptive-correlational study conducted in the field . The statistical population of this study consisted of all employees and professors sport sciences department of state universities in kerman province (N = 175), of which 120 people were selected as allocation stratified. To collect data, after confirming the validity and reliability, Self-leadership Questionnaires (Abili and mazari ,1393), Human Capital ( naderi ,1390) and adjusted Strategic Management of Human Resources ( Chan and Huang ,2009) were used. Data were analyzed using partial least squares and Sobel tests. The results of the study shows that there is a positive significant correlation between Self-leadership of the department of sport sciences of state universities and human capital; and this Self-leadership through strategic human resources management has positive effect on the enhancement of the human capital. It can be concluded that self-leadership based behaviors provides not only growth human capital, but also facilitate Empowerment of human capital through strategic human resources management
