Comparative Comparison of the Dual Educational Model (Prophet Muhammad and Imam Ali in choosing socio-legal roles

Abstract:

The development of society depends on the training of human capital that is being prepared for social-policing roles. One of the mechanisms for the promotion and development of good governance is the decent distribution of the role of society, which is considered a division of labor. Modern organizations for human excellence and appropriate social productivity require manpower with a moral, social, and scientific commitment. Accordingly, in this research, using the documentary and library method, it is tried to inspire the ideas of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and Imam Ali (AS) to develop educational and educational patterns for socio-political roles. The results of the findings show that in the common model in the Islamic society, the criteria for choosing the director for socio-legal roles are: moral commitment, openness, consulting, without bias, non-kin to role, expert and resourceful, Responsible, Responsible, Good social background, Family-oriented, People-oriented, Simple, with political-social insight, Adherence to social and law norms and Management thinking
