Social justice and its impact on the sense of psychological security of the investors (Case study: Investors of East Azerbaijan province)
Economic elites and their capital are one of the fundamental factors of the economic growth and development. Thus, providing the sense of satisfaction and security for investment is responsibility fall institutions and people. Among the institutions, the police is considered as the key institution in providing the security for the investors. Therefore, this paper aims to investigate the influence of social justice on the psychological security of investors in East Azerbaijan province. The method of study is survey and type of research is applied one. The statistical population of the study includes all the investors of East Azerbaijan province in 1390. According to the police chief of East Azerbaijan province, there were 8794 investors from whom 368 people were chosen as sample size. The method is simple random sampling. After collecting data, to test the hypothesis, Pearson correlation and regression analysis were used through the SPSS software. Based on the results, the average of the psychological security sense of investors was somehow lower than average. The results of hypothesis test indicated that there was a significant relationship between procedural justice, informational justice, distributive justice and interactional justice and psychological security of investors as the dependent variable of the study. The results of multivariate regression analysis show that procedural informational justice could explain 22% of changes in the psychological security sense of the investors
