Abstract:
Background and Objectives

One of the social factors affecting the rule of escape, social turmoil or anomy feeling. The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between social disturbance and traffic rules among Bushehr city drivers.

Research method:

The research method, survey and measurement tool is a closed answer questionnaire. The statistical population of the study consisted of all Bushehr citizens who had a driving license and a personal car. 400 of them were selected using the Cochran formula and by simple random sampling as the final sample size. The obtained data is analyzed using spss software.

Results and findings:

Findings show that there is a significant relationship between the variables of anomy feeling and the probability of punishment and compliance with traffic regulations. Also, the results of regression analysis show that 66% of variable variations in compliance rate of traffic rules and regulations are explained by independent variables of the research.
