The purpose of this study is to identify the factors and strategies for implementing sustainable transportation in the metropolis of Tehran. Methodology of the research is applied in terms of purpose and their prioritization has been done using the descriptive-analytical method; After categorizing the effective factors and solutions into 7 main groups and 34 sub-groups, 30 experts related to urban issues were collected using a questionnaire and prioritized using the AHP hierarchical analysis method.
