Investigating the relationship between social networks and divorce rates and marital satisfaction
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social networks and divorce rates and marital satisfaction. The research method of the present study was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study included all married students aged 40-25 years at Payame Noor University. Based on simple random sampling method, a total of 50 people were randomly selected and participated in this study. Enrich Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire and a researcher-made social network questionnaire were used to collect information. The method of data analysis in this study was based on descriptive-inferential statistics. Based on the results, it can be said that the research is significant at the level of 0.95. That is, increasing the use of social networks reduces the level of marital satisfaction and increases divorce between couples.
