The impact of information and communication technologies (ICT) on human resource empowerment of disciplinary force personnel of Mazandaran Province
The aim of this research was the investigation of influence information and communication technologies (ICT) on human resource empowerment of disciplinary force personnel of Mazandaran Province during the year 2013. Dimensions of Empowerment in this research were the sense of competence, improved performance, power of decision-making, increase self-control and reduce the job stress. Statistical communities of the research were Undergraduate and graduate personnel of the disciplinary force of Mazandaran Province that are especially related to the ICT issue and are consisted of 186 people. Based on the Krejcie and Morgan's table, the sample size is proportional to population size, 126 persons have been considered. The descriptive research approach was the survey method. The data collection tool in this research was the researcher made questionnaire. The Cronbach's alpha statistic was used in order to calculate the reliability of the questionnaire and the alpha coefficient was 0.81. Descriptive and inferential statistics of the single-sample t-test were applied to analysis of the data and all of hypothesizes were proved in this research. The results showed that use of information and communication technologies could lead to were the sense of competence, improved performance, power of decision-making, increase self-control and reduce the job stress and totally lead to enhance the job capability of the personnel.
