Identification of environmental sustainability in urban areas using multi-criteria decision making technique of linear allocation and Delphi technique with emphasis on flood sensitivity assessment (Case study of Babak city)
In this research, first, by studying the theoretical foundations of the research, the criteria and sub-criteria that are effective for environmental sustainability were identified. After identifying the criteria, a Delphi questionnaire was designed and provided to experts and specialists. The implementation of the Delphi technique went so far that in the third period, panel members expressed their views on each of the criteria that the Kendall Coordination Coefficient increased to 0.669 because the Coordination Coefficient value Kendall was slightly higher than in the second round, and the Delphi period was repeated, as the consensus and consensus of the members did not show significant growth. After the end of the Delphi stages, the criteria of environmental resources and services, environmental health and energy were selected as the most important criteria for assessing environmental sustainability in Babak city, which in the criteria related to environmental resources and services; Below the criterion of satisfaction with the quality of drinking water (0.678), and in the criterion related to environmental health; Under the criterion of satisfaction with waste disposal (0.782) and in the criterion of energy; Under the standard of gas energy consumption (0.789), they had the highest deviation from the standard compared to other sub-criteria, and then using multi-criteria linear allocation technique to analyze and evaluate the environmental sustainability of Babak city, the results of the implementation The linear allocation model showed that the northern part of the city is in the first place, the southern part is in the second place, the western part is in the third place and the central part is in the fourth place.
