Provide a four-tier model for feasibility and effective deployment of Quality culture in higher education with a Meta-Synthesis approach
The purpose of this study was to provide A four-tier Pattern for Feasibility and Establishment of Quality culture In higher education. This research has been applied by documentary and meta-combined methods. This research has been applied by documentary and Meta-Synthesis methods. Sandlowski and Barroso (2007) seven-step method was used to analyze the data. 74 sources were selected for Meta-Synthesis, of which 81 codes, 18 concepts and 3 categories were extracted. In order to determine the importance and priority of the extracted codes, Shannon entropy method was used. after the research steps, the model of determining and effectively establishing the Quality culture in higher education in four-tier of Feasibility studies, assessment of the current situation, transition from the current situation to the desired situation, and the establishment of a quality culture are provided for higher education institutions. According to the results, distributive leadership style can be considered appropriate for applying the culture of quality in higher education. Communication is also sometimes understood beyond leadership, because reflections on the values that enhance the quality of education, and sharing emphatic practices, can help deepen and spread a culture of quality. Certainly, the culture of quality is influenced by society's expectations, and the interaction and coordination of internal and external stakeholders in the issues involved is the key to its effective establishment.
