Survey the effect of the strategic management of human resources on organizational entrepreneurship
Nowadays, Manpower is one of the most valuable resources for organizations, as the dynamics and complexity of the environment increases; organizations should act more entrepreneurial for reaching better performance. This study, examine the impact of human resource management with high performance on entrepreneurial behavior which mediated by Organizational citizenship behavior. This article is "practical" from the perspective of aim, and its method is "descriptive - survey". The populations of this study were 142 employees of Bushehr Province Police Command. In this study we used descriptive statistics for demographical specification of survey respondents and inferential statistics were used to test the hypothesis. Data-collection tool for this research was questionnaire. For sampling, the Corcoran Formula was used; and the method of sampling was “random sampling”. The results of research showed that in Confidence level of 95% with high-performance human resources is a significantly positive effect on enterprise Entrepreneurship. The result also has been showed that organizational citizenship behavior plays a mediate role in relationship with enterprise Entrepreneurship and high-performance human resources.
