Model for documenting indigenous experiences in law enforcement

Among the issues that have emerged today in our law enforcement and security agencies around, leaving administrators and experts, the testimony of some elite police and lack of access to knowledge and experience them. If today considering the complex conditions necessary for successful performance of the security forces, taking advantage of previous experience, not to repeat the mistakes is to find the recipe for success. Therefore, by documenting experiences, while increasing knowledge and organizational learning, using previous experience related to law enforcement, improve the performance of the force. Collection, documentation, distribution and effective use of organizational experience and expertise of law enforcement and other similar experiences and suitable model system is needed. The project provided a model for documenting the experiences of experts and elite police force that is based on the experiences of the people in it are automatically documented and stored.
