Analysis forged in cyberspace Crime Of in Bushehr

In this paper after the concept of the crime of counterfeiting and theoretical foundations in cyberspace, using survey method to study the characteristics of the people and studied in two groups: the proof and the people of this phenomenon, in cyberspace in Boushehr province. proof of the group, including officials and experts concerned agencies and organizations in this field. the second group had committed the crime. For example, the volume of proof 220 people and the people of this crime committed during the years of 1388 1392, 20 people. After collecting information and data from two groups, the study by analysis them in three descriptive inference, and that a comparison between the age, sex, " the situation, the economic situation, employment status, family disputes, the environment, emotional, social inequality, cultural, ignorance of the consequences of fraud in cyberspace and the weakness of the bodies concerned and related to the issue, with forgery in the atmosphere, is significant correlation . The results obtained suggests that the most important factors affecting the cyberspace forgery in the city of Boushehr issues: unemployment, poverty and economic problems and poverty, technological progress, the sense of resentment, lack of adherence to the use of religious beliefs, specialists, convicted of confrontation with the victim, a lack of awareness of the people and the lack of precision in protecting data.
