Model of organizational culture and knowledge management
Knowledge management is the way to manage and share scientific and intellectual resources, it is, in fact, knowledge management is a process that helps organizations with little force, immense power build. The main objective of this study was to investigate the role of organizational culture is a key factor in the success of knowledge management play an important role. Finally, the organizational culture and knowledge management model that expresses the relationship between the variables and coefficients are affected, will be presented.
