Peaceful Use of Nuclear Technology from the Perspective of the Right to Development for the Islamic Republic of Iran (Emphasizing its Representation in American Media and Think Tanks)
Nuclear technology, in addition to its military and deterrent applications, has the potential to be used peacefully for the right of countries to development, and this possibility has been the focus of many jurists for many years. The present article, using a descriptive-analytical method and using library and documentary sources and using what has been reflected in the international media, seeks to examine the major issue that the use of countries in the international community, Especially in Iranian society, how can peaceful nuclear energy in line with the right to development be assessed in accordance with international law? In answer to this question, the hypothesis is that as long as a clear rule of international law does not deprive governments of the right to develop technology and peaceful nuclear knowledge, development in its entirety, including in the field of nuclear technology, is not only prohibited. It could not, but it could be in line with the right to development and human rights, as well as under general international law. Foreign media can also make this a global demand, especially for developing countries like Iran, from international institutions, major powers, and nuclear club owners in the international community.
