Analysising the factors affecting on psychological ownership in urban tourism Using Approach Meta Synthesis

Abstract:

Psychological ownership is one of the main topics of management that has been introduced in the knowledge of management, psychology and organizational behavior. The purpose of this study is analyzing the factors affecting on psychological ownership in urban tourism. The research method is Meta Synthesis. The statistical population includes valid and available articles in the databases of Emerald, Science Direct and Google Scholar. A total of 42 studies related to the research topic were selected as the sample. The purposive sampling (non-random) sampling method is used and the data collection method is a systematic study. The validity of the study was evaluated using CASP analysis and its reliability was confirmed using the kappa coefficient. Research findings indicate that in order to achieve the success of psychological ownership, we must identify the factors affecting on psychological ownership, including personality, attachment, autonomy, perceived justice, perceived control by the tourist, motivation, investment of tourists in tourism, Tourists' national attachment, perceived brand reputation, the pseudo-ownership advertising appeal, self-concept, socio-cultural factor, knowledge creation, high-performance work system and sense of power.
