One of the main psychological damages caused by the coronavirus disease is stress and anxiety. Resilience is one of the variables that people use when faced with psychological stress. The current research was conducted to recognize the effectiveness of choice theory on the resilience of students. The method of this research was semi-experimental and with the pre-experiment post-experiment plan executed. The statistical society included all of the sixth-grade girl students of Mashhad city in the 2020-2021 academic year. The sample consisted of 30 students selected by available sampling and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. Conner & Davidson\'s resilience questionnaire (CD-RISC) and Samuel\'s academic resilience questionnaire were used in this research. For executing the research examination group confronted with the 8 session choice theory training, and the control group was on the waiting list. To analyze the data of the experiment, multivariate analysis of covariance was used. Based on the results, it can be concluded that Choice theory training can increase the resiliency of sixth-grade girl students (p<0.05). The findings of the study revealed that choice theory training with an emphasis on responsibility and internal locus of control can be used as an efficient method to increase the educational resilience of students.
