The Impact of Sustainable / Digital Human Resource Management on Business Sustainability
Businesses face two challenges: sustainability and digital transformation. One of the most important parts of business is the important field of human resources, because human beings are both the agent of development and the goal of development. On the other hand, in addition to economic challenges, organizations are also involved in other challenges such as environmental challenges and social challenges, and the issue of sustainable development has received more attention than before. Therefore, one of the most important factors in achieving a sustainable strategy in businesses is the issue of sustainable human resource management in the era of digital transformation. In this research, the impact of digital technologies on sustainable human resource management in Fanap Infrastructure has been investigated. The research method in this research is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative, which is first with the help of Meta-Synthesis method and systematic review of selected Persian and English articles and its final dimensions are extracted in three areas of digital technologies, digital human resource management and sustainable human resource management. Then, with the help of SECA quantitative method and with the opinion of Fanap Infrastructure experts, in two stages, including the study of the impact of digital technologies on human resource management with a sustainability approach, it was weighted and then the effect of this result on business sustainability was weighted. The results show that paying attention to staff health and talent management are the most important issues in the field of sustainable human resource management in Fanap Infrastructure Company and play an important role in realizing its vision. It is also more effective in terms of environmental sustainability of the organization.
