Emergency Model of Civil Procedure in Corona Virus Pandemic

The emergency civil litigation model is a temporary, critical, rapid andoptimal model. To achieve this, the management of the corona crisis in thejudiciary must remove some of the ambiguities that arise as a result ofunderstanding the principles of the Constitution and the inherent duties ofthe judiciary. The principle of the permanence of the judiciary is notincompatible with the temporary closure and suspension of the nature ofjudicial action and the development of electronic and virtual devices. TheIranian judiciary must use the teachings of the world involved in the coronato rethink some rules and procedures of the court and prepare itself for thepost-coronary world and the development of a speedy, low-cost, fast andvirtual procedure.
