Stakeholder analysis of Tehran urban Fringe based on power / benefit matrix
Contradiction over the use of land in urban fringe is an intrinsic characteristic of metropolises in the world. Tehran, the capital of Iran, which is excluded from the official definition of urban fringe for any other city in the country, has a wide range of beneficiaries with legal or illegal interests. The purpose of the present study is to identify and analyze the interest groups that take advantage of the power or interest in the capital, given their authority and influence. The present paper is descriptive-analytic By reviewing the existing literature, urban fringe has investigated the recognition and analysis of the capital's privacy on the basis of the power / interest matrix matrix. Then he analyzed the interviewing tools and questionnaires. The findings of this study indicate that the capital's urban fringe stakeholders are summarized in four categories of government- state sector, the public sector, the private sector and popular groups, each with key stakeholder groups. The results of this study show that the public and private sector have the highest degree of strength and benefit. Government- state stakeholders, although enjoying high power and influence but benefiting from low profits, are only part of the interest of the popular groups. Which has the least amount of power and profit.
