Sanctions cause problems for the country's economy due to restrictions on international economic relations, and since the national economy is one of the important factors in social stability, therefore, disruption in the national economy and economic instability, as one of the factors of the trend It is considered a crime, especially in the financial sector and aggravated crime; Therefore, the main question of the current research is to examine the role of sanctions in intensifying crime. It should be noted that apart from the variable of sanctions, other components such as administrative and political, economic structure and management, general culture and customs of the society, the degree of realization of a transparent economy and following economic solutions, compliance with the law or evading the law in committing a crime It has an effect that only the role of sanctions is emphasized in this article. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature. The method of collecting information has been done in a library manner and using a phishing tool.
