Investigating the types of criminological effects in society with the approach of criminal law

The purpose of this article is to examine the effects of criminology in society with the approach of criminal law. Be effective to these people. The main question is what are the effective factors of criminological effects at the community level? The objectives of this study are to explain various social, cultural and political factors as well as to provide preventive measures. The most important of these factors are injustice, discrimination and repressive attitudes, and the most important ways to prevent such crimes are to ensure the rights and freedoms of individuals and the administration of justice in society. The research method in this article is descriptive and analytical. Accordingly, the present article seeks to identify the causes and factors of crime in social etiology and criminal prevention strategies and the situation of crime, offender, social environment, and in fact with theories of criminal sociology, classical and critical criminology and the teachings of restorative justice.
