Criminal policy governing the globalization of criminal procedure

AbstractThe globalization of criminal law in the present age has led to the development of important issues in the field of international criminal law, such as: global jurisdiction, the mechanism of global cooperation in crime prevention and, most importantly, the detection, prosecution, prosecution and fight against global crime. This event, which is one of the obvious consequences of globalization and the development of liberalism, in turn has affected the formal criminal laws of most countries; On the other hand, in the face of formal criminal regulations, countries can accelerate or even stop the process of globalization of criminal law.This research has been done by descriptive and analytical methods and the analysis of the obtained information will be qualitative and based on the researcher's inference from sources and texts. The results indicate that the principles of globalization of formal criminal law have led to the unification of some principles of criminal procedure in the domestic law of most countries, which indicates the emergence of globalization in this area, but the rules governing domestic criminal law, from the global connection of criminal law to It also slows down the globalization of criminal law.Keywords: globalization, globalization, formal criminal law, criminal procedure
