The relationship between ethics and politics is a subject that is closely related to the philosophy of politics on the one hand and sociology on the other. But it is very difficult to put the two together because politics belongs to the realm of power and domination, and the politician does not involve himself too much in moral concepts that are cumbersome for his purposes in order to gain power. In a situation where lawyers and criminologists are passionately examining and analyzing the dimensions of the country's criminal policy in response to crimes and perversions, and praising or criticizing its various dimensions, some are unaware of the moral policy. . However, this study, while explaining the rationale and necessity of analyzing the moral policy of the government penitentiary organization along with its criminal policy, examined the heart of the organization's policies in responding to economic violations.
