The effect of exercise on elementary school students\' learning
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise on learning of primary school students in Shahrekord. The statistical population of the study was all primary schools for girls and boys in Shahrekord city in the academic year 1401-1400, in which 100 students were studying in each school. A cluster school was randomly selected for the research sample and out of 100 students of the above school, 90 were selected voluntarily for the research sample. After matching them based on height, weight, age and pre-test of Persian, Persian spelling, Quran, mathematics and science, the samples were randomly divided into two groups of 45 experimental and control. The experimental group did morning exercise for 8 weeks before entering the class; While the control group did not do morning exercise during the above period. At the end of 8 weeks, post-test was taken from both control and experimental groups. To analyze the test results, descriptive and inferential statistical methods including t-hatching, homogeneity, ANOVA and LSD post hoc test and SPSS software were used. The results showed that in all five lessons, there was a significant difference between the mean scores of pre-test and post-test in the experimental group and the mean scores of the experimental group were higher than the mean scores of the control group in all five lessons and the difference between the means was statistically significant. . In general, it can be concluded that exercise has a significant effect on the knowledge of elementary school students.
